You Are Awesome

"You Are Awesome" is for children approximately 8 to 12 years. Your child will experience the fun and enchanting adventure stories. However, it is also Positive Mental Training, which is reinforcing your child's sense of self-esteem and self-confidence. "You Are Awesome" was created 20 years ago after many requests by parents, who had experienced the wonderful success of the original stories written for the younger children.

Ever since the CD was created, it has also been used to help prevent bullying, hyperactivity, poor performances, anxiety, learning difficulties, dyslexia, stuttering, a low sense of self-esteem as a result of ADHD, ADD and much more. But first and foremost, the CDs are used to help children with challenges posed by ordinary daily life.

Can self-esteem and self-confidence really be taught?
Much of what we are able to do as an adult, we have learned as a child by the process of repetition. This is how we learned to walk, to set the table, to ride a bike, to tie our shoe laces, etc. Things that now happen automatically, not a single thought given.

These CDs strengthen your child’s self-esteem and confidence by telling stories that they will listen to over and over.
