Delivery
Sommerskov International Inc. provides USPS delivery. We ship daily. Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $5.95 (3-7 day delivery). We ship outside US for a flat rate of $8.95. We cannot guarantee delivery times outside USA. MP3 files are delivered worldwide and immediately - no shipping cost.
Returns
We provide 14 day money back return on goods (exceptions - see note below) from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the product without breaking open the plastic wrapping. If the plastic wrapping has been opened and/or removed the product is no longer returnable. When the CDs are received and approved, we will credit your credit card for the cost of the product within a few days. For practical details - see the ''Complaints and goods tournament.''
NOTE!
We do not accept returns on MP3 files downloads or any other digital content.
Warranty
Sommerskov International Inc. provides 2 year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects discovered through normal useage. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance or violence. The warranty does not cover scratches on the CD discs occurring after the product's first use. Complaints about defects that should be discovered through normal examination of the goods, and notification must be sent to Sommerskov International Inc. within 14 days. The product can be returned for exchange.

By purchasing our products you have the right to use the products for personal non-commercial use only. All materials are protected by copyright. You are allowed to make a copy, to transfer, burn and store the materials but only for your own personal non-commercial use. By buying our products you hear-by acknowledge that the materials contain intellectual property and are protected by law.
Responsibilities concerning Website and Service
Sommerskov International Inc. cannot guarantee that the site is at all times error-free and running. Sommerskov International Inc. is not responsible for content on the websites Sommerskov International Inc. links to, or for the contents of websites that link to any of the Sommerskov International Inc. websites.
Product responsibility
We have never heard of negative effects from our products, however, Sommerskov International Inc. assumes no responsibility for either physical and mental health problems, illnesses or other consequences occurring in the shorter or longer term that may relate to the use of Sommerskov International Inc.'s products. If you are prone to mental illness or epilepsy, you should discuss the use of our products with your doctor. Our products have benefited many people. We have received many emails from our satisfied customers and have had the benefit of long experience, however, Sommerskov International Inc. makes no guarantee of efficacy. Neither Sommerskov International Inc. nor any of Sommerskov International Inc.'s personnel are licensed medical care providers and therefore do not enter into a health-care practitioner/patient relationship with the user of the products.
None of the products provided by Sommerskov International Inc. are intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate or cure any disease.

Packaging:
Our CDs are wrapped in plastic. Warning: To avoid danger of suffocation, keep this plastic wrapping away from babies and children. Do not place near cribs, beds, carriages or playpens. The plastic wrapping could block nose and mouth and prevent breathing. This plastic wrap is not a toy.
The CD jewel case is made of a hard plastic and if it is broken, it may have sharp edges that can cause cuts or scrapes. Do not give children the CD containers (the CD jewel cases).
